Project Goals
Develop the ability to explore the underwater world. This includes the following capabilities:
* Swimming physics and walking on seabed * Finding useful objects (e.g. treasure box) * Danger avoidance (e.g. shark attacks)
The above capabilities may be integrated into one or more of the following:
* Storyline * Multiplayer mode
The following may be added if time permits:
* Particle effects * Sound effects * Swimming more often can increase the breath capacity and speed of movement in water * Limits on breath, swimming movement * Fishing for food using tools.
Models
The following models will be needed:
* Scooter! (which is being done) * Shark (Swimming animation if possible) * Fish , Jelly Fish (or any other available water creature) [no animation required] * Collectibles (eg. Treasure Box) [anything will work!]
Technological Issues
* Collision detection * Limitations on breath, depth, underwater movement speed * Underwater Physics
